This forum provides a english Windows ROM file as well as the english game manual. In the comments are multiple reports that they got the game running:

1. VMware with a Windows XP virtual machine (2023)

It did not work at first, but after installing a french version (which worked), the english version started to work as well. They used daemontools to mount the ISO file, then link the disk from daemontools to the virtual machine disk drive. Another user suggested wincdemu as alternative to daemontiils and to mount the ISO in the VM itself

2. Run on Windows 10 with SafeDisc/SECUROM fix (2022)

They followed this tutorial and got the game to work. He describes, that you need to download scdrv.sys, add it to C:\Windows\system32 and then go into settings -> recovery -> Advanced Start-Up. There you need to select Troubleshoot -> Advanced Options -> Start-Up options -> Restart -> 7. Now you need to mount the disc image file again and you'll be able to start the game after this.
