Modding Q&A
Q. Can I dual boot an official NAND and a modded NAND to go online safely?
A. Yes. If you install a TX DemoN, Squirt Dual NAND, Matrix Trident, or "NAND Sandwich mod", you will have a second (or third with Trident) NAND to boot from. This allows you to have one unmodified NAND for safe online play, and a second modified NAND for offline play.
Q. Can I update my games without going on XBL?
A. Yes. Aurora can download updates from XboxUnity, which hosts game updates.
Q. Can i stream games from network storage?
A. Yes. ConnectX
One useful feature of Aurora and FreeStyle Dash is the ability to stream games over the network using a plugin called ConnectX. This means that you can make backups of your games and store them on a PC, NAS, or any other Samba-capable device and play them without having them stored on your console or external hard drive. ConnectX is an official development kit tool, so it can not be distributed here.

This forum provides a english Windows ROM file as well as the english game manual. In the comments are multiple reports that they got the game running:
1. VMware with a Windows XP virtual machine (2023)
It did not work at first, but after installing a french version (which worked), the english version started to work as well. They used daemontools to mount the ISO file, then link the disk from daemontools to the virtual machine disk drive. Another user suggested wincdemu as alternative to daemontiils and to mount the ISO in the VM itself
2. Run on Windows 10 with SafeDisc/SECUROM fix (2022)
They followed this tutorial and got the game to work. He describes, that you need to download scdrv.sys, add it to C:\Windows\system32 and then go into settings -> recovery -> Advanced Start-Up. There you need to select Troubleshoot -> Advanced Options -> Start-Up options -> Restart -> 7. Now you need to mount the disc image file again and you'll be able to start the game after this. 3. DRM-Free .exe file (2022)

A seller advised run win in Windows XP SP3 compatibility mode and as administrator. If you can't uninstall the game, use a registry cleaner like Revo Uninstaller. If the game can't launch, probably some DirectX libraries are missiong. Version 9.0c solves a lot, but it is recommended to uninstall DirectX and installing the oldest, then the latest ones.
